Life Transistions
Difficult life transitions arrive with or without notice. Some joyous but challenging and others painful and very difficult.
Life transitions can affect any area of life from home, career, family, relationships, health and aging
Some life transitions rock our world, we become stuck or lost and unable to move through with ease.
Each transition is asking us to leave something behind and grow into the person we are meant to be.
Not flowing and growing through life transitions can lead to adverse effects on our mind and body.

Blocked Life Path
Being blocked in life might feel as though we are stuck, feeling frustrated at not going anywhere, as we are unable to see the woods from the trees.
We may feel blocked from our life path and feel unable to live fully and with purpose.
Niggling frustrations to low level depression may persist, leaving us feeling scared, sad and potentially resistant to change.
We maybe unable to plan and have clarity of our future, making us feel out of control or timid about taking our next step.
Ultimately being blocked on your life path can lead to ailments or conditions effecting your mind and body.

Lost on Life Path
Unclear, lost or confused maybe even trepidatious about your next step.
A sense of apprehension sits below this lack of clarity, it blocks our energy flow to the heart and stops us from taking steps that are right for us.
We maybe aware of other judgements, concerns and worries for us that bleed over into what we should do and what we want to do.
Societally we may feel burdens and pressures that don’t apply to our own values creating more confusion of where our life should go.
May you live long and live well with clarity on your life path

Unfulfilled/Unsatisfied
Emptiness maybe present, a vague feeling of a lack of fulfilment and inertia. We may notice we are lacking meaningful connections that show up in all areas of life.
There’s a tendency to feel withdrawn or a sense of seeking or over achieving that never fills the empty space that resides within.
Emptiness may present as a constant hunger for something rich and rewarding that provides comfort and enjoyment
Worries, complaining, overthinking creates a busyness that deprives us from plentiful satisfaction of life. Live with fullness to live long and well
