The Inner Seasons Menopause Circle is for like minded women who are challenged by the emotional and physical symptoms of menopause and midlife. The circle offers a space to be witnessed and heard without judgement and receive a guided meditation that allows you to safely look beneath the surface at the patterns and the stories that are currently directing and affecting your day to day. I will guide you through your inner seasons giving you the space to connect to your inherent wisdom and intuition and access a way forward that can be grounded into everyday life. There is time to integrate your mediative insights with free writing and sharing with others if that feels appropriate.
An Online Circle
The Inner Seasons Menopause Circle is available online every two weeks on Mondays at 7.30pm (gmt). Meaning it doesn’t matter where you are in the world you can arrive safely in the comfort of your chosen personal space to dedicate the next 90 minutes to you.
There are limited spaces that make for a small but intimate community.
Who Is It For?
If you are a woman who has had/is having monthly cycles and feeling at sea with the emotional weight of midlife and menopause.
If you are also curious to learn more about your menopausal process and access your own inner wisdom and learn to trust your intuition more readily to connect to your authenticity.
If you would like to explore your menopausal transition with a holistic approach, to move through your menopause with integrity, whether you are receiving medication or not.
If you wish to develop a practice that’s aligned to the whole of you, combining mind, body and spirit to gain deeper integration and learn from the seasonal energy to grow with integrity into your Second Spring.

The gathering of menopausal women in midlife is wonderfully fulfilling in a youth focused society.
Exploring your inner seasons with my guided meditation, free writing and sharing if you choose to, with a small intimate group of like minded women is healing in of itself, leaving you feeling more at peace with a sense of connection with others but most importantly reconnection to your authentic self.
The 90 minute circle is an allocated slot for you, if you choose to use it, once every two weeks. It is a space that’s dedicated to you and exploring your menopause. During your meditation you will discover the stories and patterns that block you from moving forward in flow with your menopause.
The circles are powerful portals to connect you to the truth of who you are and where you maybe in this extraordinary transition. You will leave feeling more at peace, more connected to yourself with the wisdom and knowledge of what you need. Subtle shifts will reverberate from your experience in the days and weeks after.
What To Expect
A few things before we start, Find a quiet and comfortable space, so you can sit comfortably in a chair or lie down with bolsters, blankets, eye pillows if you wish. Turn off your phone ringer. Make sure you have a journal and pen to hand and a snack and some water for after, to help ground your experience after your meditation.
You can attend just the once or multiple times, all are welcome.
Before we gather together online you will have the chance to prepare an intention or question before entering into the guided meditative journey. Your intention or question can change at every circle attended, each meditation journey will be different with new insights each time.
Intentions and questions examples: Where am I on my menopausal journey? How do I move through this transition? How do I learn to love aging? Where can I access my strength, when I am so tired? Should I take HRT? What do I need to take care of here?
What Happens At The Circle?
We arrive at 7.30pm after a small introduction from me and an invitation to share what has bought you to the circle, we will start with a little movement to shake off the day and release any tension. Then we settle in to your comfortable spot with your eyes closed.
Using your imagination I will invite you to observe your life seasons of before you.
Holding your intention, we will step into the centre of the circle, the Earth element.
From this centre, guided by me, you will step into each season starting with spring of your first period through to winter of your menopause and beyond.
We will come back to the Earth element in the centre of the circle and take a look back at what’s changed.
Finally we step out of the circle and come back to the here and now, grounding your experience with journalling and sharing if that suits.
If you drift off or fall asleep this is also fine, you will receive exactly what you need, when you need it. You may come and go as you like.
There is no wrong or right way to travel through your meditation, you may use just your imagination as you visualise your inner seasons or perhaps you will feel your way through with emotions and bodily sensations or the other senses may come into play too.
